2. Scope
This privacy policy applies only to this website at mindful.jetzt — not to the Mindi app. The app has its own, more detailed privacy policy, available at app.mindful.jetzt.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website is a static informational site with no user accounts. It does not use any cookies and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. We do not collect personal usage data.
4. Local storage of your language preference
When you change country/language via the switcher, your browser stores that selection in localStorage under the key mindful-locale. This value stays exclusively on your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and is only used to show you your last-selected language on a later visit. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly experience). You can delete this entry at any time via your browser settings.
5. Server log files
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser used) in server log files. This serves the technical delivery of the site and ensures stable, secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in system security and stability).
6. Getting in touch by email
This website contains links that open your email program with a pre-filled address (e.g. kontakt@mindful.jetzt or alina.meyerdiercks@mindful.jetzt). The email is sent directly through your own email program — the website itself does not store or process any data in the process. The legal basis for subsequently handling your request by email is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
7. Recipients
The only recipient of your data is our hosting provider, to the extent technically necessary to deliver the website. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise your rights, please contact kontakt@mindful.jetzt.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for you depends on your place of residence. A list is available at www.bfdi.bund.de.
10. Privacy in the Mindi app
This policy covers only the website. Use of the Mindi app (chat, account, AI-powered coaching) is governed by a separate, more detailed privacy policy, available at app.mindful.jetzt.
The German version is legally binding.
